Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders (excluding pre-orders) are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic (Sweden): Delivered via PostNord / DHL. Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.

• International (EU): Delivered via secure tracked courier. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Pre-Orders Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are released and available to ship together, unless separate shipping is purchased at checkout. Release dates are subject to manufacturer changes.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier once they have left our facility. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take photos, and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
