Return Policy

Due to the volatile nature of the Trading Card Game (TCG) market and the risk of tampering, our return policy is structured as follows:

Sealed Products 

We accept returns on unopened, sealed products (Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Starter Decks, etc.) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, factory-sealed condition with all shrink-wrap intact.

Single Cards

Due to market fluctuations and potential condition changes, single cards are final sale and cannot be returned unless you received the wrong card or an item significantly different from its described condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us at support@deckadencetcg.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will make it right.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
